If you need this document for a review in the meantime, ask on your consult — we'll provide current agreements and compliance documentation directly (under NDA where appropriate).

HIPAA compliance, the LegitScript enterprise partnership, and the cleared state pharmacy-board and payment-processor reviews are held by our operating entity, which signs a Business Associate Agreement with every customer. Formal legal-entity captions appear in the agreements themselves.
